Maitraya is offered as a self-catering residence, sleeping up to 16 people in complete comfort. The residence includes eight spacious double bedrooms with king or two single beds, 11 bathrooms, an indoor heated pool, spa, sauna, gym and also large centrally located glass-roofed atrium. Outside, the lavishly appointed and well maintained grounds include access to a safe swimming lagoon and local surfing beach, private gazebo, lake, tennis court, putting green and numerous nature walks.

Location
Maitraya is located in Albany in Australia’s South West. A short 1-hour flight from Perth, or a 4.5 hour drive. Private aircraft can be accommodated at Maitraya’s private airstrip and we ask that you please call for further details. Transfers can be arranged from Albany airport if required.
The residence overlooks the beautiful Southern Ocean and is nestled amongst 650 acres of relaxing and secluded bushland, making it ideal for those who are seeking a private, yet inspiring destination.

In contrast, those who like to keep their feet on terra-firma will take pleasure in the unlimited opportunities for bush walking, bird watching, and rock climbing.
Those who enjoy the thrill of competition will soon discover the spacious Maitraya grounds play host to a full size tennis court, cricket net, football oval, cricket pitch, indoor heated swimming pool and for those wanting to test their fitness we have a dedicated 10km mountain bike track.
Further afield, the natural attractions around the Albany region are diverse enough to cater for everyone. With beautiful landscapes and alluring white sandy beaches you are sure to find your own piece of paradise.
